Store in a cool, dry place. Some slices may contain seeds or seed shells. The size of slices will vary as eachĀ fruitĀ is special and unique.
Each fruitĀ is washed and inspected prior to dehydration. We dehydrate for over 20 hours at a low temperature. Dehydrators are cleaned and disinfected prior to use. All knives and cutting boards are sterilized. We check to make sure each product is completely dry prior to weighing the dried lemon slices and placing them in sterile mason jars. All fruit is processed indoors with a food safety and hand washing protocols followed.
